Overview

Darkspring Labs uses SMS messaging to respond to customer inquiries, coordinate services, and continue conversations initiated by customers.

Customers only receive messages after voluntarily contacting Darkspring Labs using our publicly advertised business phone number.

How SMS Consent Works

1. A customer sees the Darkspring Labs business phone number on our website, Google Business Profile, or another public business listing.
2. The customer voluntarily calls or texts Darkspring Labs to request information, services, or a consultation.
3. If the call is not answered, Darkspring Labs may send an automated customer-care SMS to continue the customer's existing inquiry.
4. The customer may reply to provide information such as their name, requested service, location, preferred date, or preferred time.
5. Darkspring Labs may continue the conversation by SMS for customer-care and appointment-coordination purposes.
