Darkspring Labs builds AI-powered products that help small teams capture missed opportunities, organize context, and turn routine operational work into reviewable action.
Starting with missed customers. Building toward operational memory.

Sentry
Turn missed customer interactions into structured conversations.
Sentry is being prepared for private beta pilots with service businesses that cannot
afford to miss the next call. It captures customer context, keeps the conversation
organized, and gives owners a reviewable summary before they respond.
Darkspring Labs combines product data, workflow orchestration, communications
infrastructure, retrieval systems, local AI experimentation, and reviewable interfaces
into practical product architecture.
Data Layer
Structured records, customer context, product data, and source history stored in systems that can be queried, reviewed, and reused.
Workflow Layer
Event routing, business rules, and automation paths that move work from signal to decision without turning everything over to AI.
Communications Layer
Voice, SMS, intake flows, customer messages, and owner notifications that turn missed interactions into usable context.
Local AI Layer
RTX workstation experiments for private inference, model evaluation, multimodal workflows, and local-first AI testing.
Knowledge Layer
Retrieval, memory architecture, decisions, notes, preferences, and source records organized so useful context does not disappear.
Review Layer
Dashboards, queues, summaries, and owner-facing controls that keep AI-assisted work visible, editable, and accountable.
Deployment Layer
Docker, containers, repeatable environments, service isolation, and practical deployment patterns for moving experiments toward real products.
About
Technology should work for the people doing the work.
We build practical AI products that help small businesses save time, serve more customers, and spend less time wrestling with technology.

I didn't start Darkspring because I thought the world needed another software
company, or because I was obsessed with AI. I started it because of limitations.
I was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a condition that affects the motor neurons
controlling muscle development. There was a lot I couldn't do as a kid, and the things
I could do took a lot more time and effort than they took for everyone else. That never
stopped me. I always figured out a way to have a great time; I built a career in tech,
and did everything I could to live a normal, independent life.
One common trait that I've always had was finding efficiency in the things I do. Not
because I'm lazy but because the more efficient I could make my life, the more time I
had to do the things I wanted to do. When I started messing around with AI, it wasn't
the chatbots or the goofy images that hooked me. It was the realization that this was
the same thing I'd been doing my whole life. Now I can make a product that everyone
else can use too. Something that used to take a person all day could suddenly take a
few minutes.
Most of the AI and automation being built right now are built for companies that
already have IT departments, big budgets and a team to manage it all. Nobody's building
for the plumber running his business out of his truck or the two-person landscaping
crew that spend all day on mowers. Darkspring's first priority is that they no longer
lose jobs just because they're out working instead of by the phone.
Darkspring is not for the "small business" as a market segment but actual small
businesses. The ones where the owner is also the technician, the bookkeeper, and the
guy who answers the phone at 7pm. They shouldn't have to become tech people to reap
the benefits of this new generation of technology. I build it so they don't have to
think about it. It just works.
The whole point of Darkspring is to give people back the time this new technology is
capable of returning to us. Your local plumber and electrician take care of us.
Darkspring takes care of them.
